Insurance service is provided for the EMS items，depending on the intention of the sender. It should be confirmed that the insurance fee is in accordance with the same value of the item. The insurance fee is charged for 1% of the declared value, which should be within 100,000 RMB each item. The minimum insurance fee is 1.00 RMB. Senders will not enjoy insurance service if they did not pay insurance fee.

In case of loss, damage of the insured items or shortage of the contents, the sender will be compensated according to the actual loss of the contents, but the indemnity will not exceed the insured amount of items. For non-insured item, the sender will be compensated according to the actual loss of the contents, but the indemnity will not exceed twice as much as the postage. In case of delay, the sender will be compensated according to the regulation of postal administration. Posts will not compensate for other loss or indirect loss.
