By using this service, the postage is not paid by the sender but by the addressee. There are 4 ways of paying, including sending mails at different locations while paying charges on a concentrated basis, sending mails at different locations while paying charges on a concentrated basis by the third role, sending mails at different locations while paying charges also at different locations, sending mails at concentrated locations while paying charges on a different basis. Only the first two ways are available for domestic EMS at present.
