International Paid-by-addressee (PBA) Service is a special customized service offered by China EMS. The rate of PBA is the same as that of international EMS. For this Service, all the charges including postage and customs clearance fee will be borne by the addressee instead of the sender. Also, the sender needs to fill in a form of Gurantee for Credit of International PBA Service”.
Currently, the international PBA Service is available for the following countries or regions: Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Germany, and Sweden. |
