“Morning 10” is a regional express service with guaranteed delivery time provided by China Post for urgent documents such as Customs clearance papers, visa and small parcels.
It is available within the three most important economic regions in China — the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and Bohai Bay Rim. Items posted by a prescribed time will be delivered by 10 (by 11 within the Pearl River Delta) next morning.
