The Short Message Service (SMS) Tracking is a very convenient way in tracking your EMS items. It can be used at any place at any time. For the use of this service, customers just need to input in the column of Message of the mobile phone the tracking information, including the EMS number, and send it to 10665185 . Shortly, a message of the EMS item status will be sent back to the relative mobile phone.

SMS Tracking is a convenient service with charge for SMS and information fee. The charge for SMS is collected by China Mobile or China Unicom. The information fee is charged based on the below standard:

1EMS Postage Tracking: If customers send command, province name of origin of an item, province name of destination of an item, estimated item weight (in grams) to service number, system will return the estimated fee of this item, 0.3 Yuan RMB per piece of information.
2 EMS Item Status Tracking: If customers send command and Item No. to service number, the system will return the current status of this item, 0.5 Yuan RMB per piece of information.
3 Reply if Item Delivered: Customers send command and item No. to service number. If item delivered successfully and signed by addressee, system will return this situation as short message, 0.5 Yuan RMB per piece of information.
4 Notice of Item Status: If customers send command and item No. to service number, system will return its status information between whiles depending on progress, such as: “departure from XX processing center”, “arrival at XX processing center”, “successful delivery or unsuccessful delivery” and etc, 1.0 Yuan RMB per piece of information without regard to more short messages replied.
5 Help: customers could send “BZ” to service number in order to get help information, e.g. phone number of customer service, etc. This service is free for information fee.
6 Cancellation of Ordered Service (set by operator): Send “0000” to service number for canceling all ordered services. No information fee is charged for this service.
